Egypt Power Limited (EPL)
EPL warrants that products, equipment, and systems shall be free from manufacturing defects during the applicable warranty period, subject to the terms in this document.
EPL’s obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of components proven to have a manufacturing defect following technical inspection by EPL or its authorized representative.

EPL shall not be responsible for any change or deterioration in water quality if the water source is changed after design or installation, or if actual water quality differs from the analysis report or specifications relied upon by EPL

This warranty covers only the repair or replacement of the defective part. It does not cover:

The sole remedy is repair or replacement of the defective part at EPL’s discretion following technical inspection.
To the extent permitted by law, EPL shall not be liable for: loss of profits, production, crops, or business; operational downtime; loss of revenue or any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
EPL shall not be responsible for any reduction or variation in expected performance where actual site conditions, water quality, borehole characteristics, weather, electrical supply, or operating practices differ from information relied upon during design.
All capacities, flow rates, production rates, and performance figures are nominal or estimated and may vary under actual conditions. Minor or reasonable variations shall not be considered a defect, failure, or breach of warranty.
