Terms & Conditions

Payment Methods:

All payments must be made through our official and designated payment channels:

  • MPESA – Paybill: 400200
  • Account Number: 624730

 

Note: Cheques are only accepted once cleared and confirmed in our bank account

Advance Payment Policy:

  • 100% advance payment is required before any delivery or installation of products or systems.
  • An order is not considered valid until payment is confirmed and an official ETR (Electronic Tax Register) receipt is issued.

Exchange and Return Policy:

  • All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of verified manufacturing defects.
  • In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, the item will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the client.

Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made through our official bank account and accompanied by an ETR receipt.

Warranty Conditions:

  • All products come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
  • The warranty is void if the installation is carried out by a technician not authorized by Egypt Power Ltd.
  • Proof of the defect and valid installation by our team or an approved partner is required for any warranty claims.

Invoice and ETR Receipts:

  • All transactions will be accompanied by an official invoice and ETR receipt, stamped and signed by an authorized representative of the company.
  • Issuance of a receipt is mandatory for every payment made, in line with Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) requirements.

Limitation of Liability:

Egypt Power Ltd is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from:

  • Misuse of the product
  • Unauthorized or improper installation
  • Inaccurate system design not provided by our team
  • Negligence or failure to follow operating guidelines

Legal Jurisdiction & Agreement:

  • By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

Clients are strongly advised to read and understand these Terms & Conditions before making any payment. Receiving an invoice or proof of payment constitutes acceptance of these terms
